Mentaquilibrium wins over all in class 2
Mentaquilibrium declared unofficial "Wereldkampioen Oosterschelde Zeilen" in class 2 at the Goese Sas Trophy.

Saturday: Light wind E 6-8kts. Timely start at the port end of the line. Second to reach the first mark, 200 meters behind Pepper. Clean gennaker hoisting. Moving close to the sandbanks in shallow waters to minimize the effect of the antagonizing tide. Kept the boat moving in a dying wind. Second to cross the finish line of a shortened course, 10 minutes behind Pepper. Result: first place in corrected time.
Sunday: Light wind NW 8 kts.
Starting at the starbord mark. Going very close to the shore. Third or fourth position at the first mark with the wind dying away again. Second at the second mark. First to cross the finish line. Result: second in corrected time.
